npm‑merge‑driver‑install is a tiny utility that automatically configures the **npm‑merge‑driver** Git merge driver during package installation, enabling seamless resolution of `package-lock.json` (and `package.json`) conflicts. It’s intended for JavaScript/Node.js projects that use Git and want the merge driver set up out‑of‑the‑box (with an optional CI‑aware fallback), and it provides simple CLI commands to install, uninstall, and verify the driver.
