BUPKIS is a highly extensible JavaScript assertion library designed for modern testing workflows. It provides a core set of “edible” assertions plus a suite of plugins (HTTP, RxJS, Sinon, MSW, etc.) and migration codemods to help developers replace built‑in `assert`, Chai, or Jest/Vitest assertions with a richer, plugin‑driven API. The project targets test authors and library maintainers who want a flexible, composable alternative to traditional assertion tools.
