HiGlass is a web‑based viewer for extremely large, multi‑resolution matrix‑type datasets (e.g., genomic Hi‑C, ChIP‑seq, geographic maps, gigapixel images). It provides synchronized, continuous zoom‑and‑pan navigation, an embeddable JavaScript API, and tooling for local deployment, targeting bioinformaticians, data scientists, and researchers who need to explore and compare massive 1‑D/2‑D data interactively.
