This Ruby on Rails application is a proof-of-concept GitHub App that tracks repository usage and costs by mapping GitHub repos to business units through custom properties. It listens for repository events via webhooks, determines business unit ownership using custom properties with a "bu_" prefix, and processes CSV cost reports to allocate expenses among relevant business units. The app is designed for organizations that need to attribute GitHub costs to specific business units within their company.
