Node‑Casbin is an open‑source, production‑ready authorization library for JavaScript/TypeScript that runs in Node.js and browsers. It lets developers enforce access‑control policies (ACL, RBAC, ABAC, etc.) using configurable model files or databases, and provides APIs for runtime permission management—making it suitable for any Node‑based application that needs flexible, model‑driven security.
