Abigail‑Launch is a core plugin for the **abigail** task‑runner framework. It provides the built‑in “launch” command that other plugins can invoke to start, abort, or otherwise control task execution, and can be configured via the `abigail.plugins.launch` field in a project’s `package.json`.
