An interactive WebGL-based web experience.
Terminus Horizon is an interactive WebGL-based web experience where users explore a procedurally generated 3D world in first-person perspective, witnessing visual elements gradually degrade through "digital weathering" from high-definition rendering to pixelation, corruption, and eventual void as they progress. The project features a unique entropy system that transforms the visual experience based on distance traveled and allows users to place "echo beacons" containing messages that persist and decay over time with both time and views. This artistic exploration of digital entropy and impermanence is built with Svelte 5, Three.js, and Supabase, targeting users interested in experimental web art and interactive philosophical experiences about technology and decay.
