`seq-index` is a JavaScript library that generates sequential 18-byte hex string IDs, composed of a timestamp, an incrementing counter, and an instance ID. It's designed for developers building systems like email servers (part of the Zone Mail Suite) who need compact, sortable, and unique identifiers.
