dts‑cli is a zero‑configuration command‑line tool that scaffolds, builds, tests and lints TypeScript libraries (including React components). It bundles the source with Rollup, provides dev‑/prod builds, Jest testing, ESLint/Prettier linting, and optional customisation, letting library authors focus on code rather than tooling.
