This project is a JavaScript library for parsing torrent identifiers, including magnet URIs, .torrent files, and info hashes. It extracts torrent metadata like info hash, file names, trackers, and other properties, and can also encode torrent data back into magnet URIs or .torrent files. The library works in both Node.js and browsers via Browserify, and is primarily used by WebTorrent applications.
