The **ipp‑encoder** library implements a pure‑JavaScript encoder/decoder for the Internet Printing Protocol (IPP). It lets developers easily parse incoming IPP request or response buffers and construct valid IPP messages, making it useful for building both printing clients and printer‑server applications.
