cobralize is a small utility that converts human‑readable alphanumeric strings (e.g., words separated by spaces, hyphens, or other delimiters) into an all‑uppercase, underscore‑separated format (e.g., `my-value-1` → `MY_VALUE_1`). It’s aimed at developers who need a quick, reusable way to normalize identifiers for constants, environment variables, or code generation.
