This library provides a wrapper to produce an OAI-PMH endpoint, requiring users to implement the Repository interface to fetch and return their data in the correct format. It's designed for developers who need to create an OAI-PMH compliant data repository, such as libraries, archives, or other organizations that need to expose their metadata in a standardized way.
