The OboApp is a civic‑tech platform that aggregates public alerts about water, heating, road and other municipal disruptions in Sofia and visualizes them on an interactive map, sending push notifications when a disturbance enters a user‑defined area of interest. It is intended for Sofia residents who want real‑time, location‑based information about infrastructure outages and for city officials or developers building similar notification‑driven civic services.
