MaveDB UI is the web interface for MaveDB, a biological database that stores and shares Multiplex Assays of Variant Effect (MAVE) datasets. Built with Vue.js and TypeScript, it provides researchers with tools to explore and analyze genetic variant data through a modern, responsive interface. The project is designed for scientists and bioinformaticians working with MAVE data who need an accessible way to visualize and interact with complex biological datasets.
