The **hof‑form‑controller** library provides a reusable Express‑style controller for handling GET and POST form requests, including input cleaning, formatting, validation, error handling and navigation (including conditional forks). It’s aimed at developers building UK Home Office digital services (e.g., passport applications) who need a structured, extensible form pipeline; the package is now deprecated and merged into the main hof framework (v19).
