Eight‑Track is a Node.js middleware that records HTTP responses to disk the first time a request is proxied to a real server and then replays those saved fixtures on subsequent calls. It lets developers write deterministic tests for code that depends on external APIs without requiring the external service to be available. The library is aimed at JavaScript/Node developers who need reliable, mockable HTTP interactions in their test suites.
