Tool to validate GitHub Action and Workflow YAML files
`action-validator` is a tool for validating GitHub Actions and Workflow YAML files against published JSON schemas, ensuring they are well-formed and that glob patterns in `paths`/`paths-ignore` fields match at least one file in the repository. It is primarily designed for use in Git pre-commit hooks and similar automation scenarios. The tool is written in Rust and can be installed via pre-built binaries, Cargo, or asdf.
