Pluviogram Digitizer is a web-based tool that automates the conversion of scanned rainfall strip images into precise digital datasets, offering hourly and ten-minute interval time series. Built with Python for data processing, Angular for the interface, and SQL for backend management, it provides researchers and meteorological users with scalable, cloud-based access to visualized precipitation data. The project, developed by ESPOL students for CIIFEN, streamlines climate data collection and analysis through an intuitive, session-based platform.
