esbuild-plugin-wasm is a plugin that enables direct importing of `.wasm` files as JavaScript modules in esbuild projects, following the WebAssembly/ES Module Integration proposal. It provides two modes of operation: deferred (fetching the WASM binary at runtime) and embedded (including the binary as a base64 string in the bundle). This tool is designed for developers using esbuild who want to work with WebAssembly modules in a manner similar to Webpack's WASM handling.
