split‑cmd is a tiny (≈0.4 KB) JavaScript/TypeScript utility that parses a shell‑style command string into either an array of tokens or an object containing the executable (`command`) and its arguments (`args`). It’s aimed at Node.js, Deno and browser developers who need to feed correctly‑split arguments to child‑process APIs such as `spawn`, `exec`, `execFile` or libraries like execa.
