This project is a dummy plugin for the `version-bump` tool, designed solely for testing purposes. It doesn't actually modify versions but allows developers to verify the core functionality of `version-bump` itself. Essentially, it's a testing tool *for* a version bumping tool, and not intended for use in real projects.
