twitch_api_v5 is a Node.js library that wraps Twitch’s deprecated v5 (Kraken) REST API, exposing functions for every documented endpoint—auth, users, streams, channels, chat, clips, videos, etc.—as well as a few undocumented helpers. It’s aimed at developers who need a quick, programmatic way to interact with the older Twitch API from JavaScript applications, though the author advises migrating to the newer Helix API.
