palette2oco is a Node‑JS library that reads color palettes from a variety of file formats (Sip, Adobe Swatch Exchange, plain JSON, etc.) and converts them into the Open Color (.oco) structure or writes them as .oco files. It’s aimed at developers and designers who need to import, transform, or standardize palette data for tooling that supports the Open Color format.
