ve-range-utils is a collection of utility functions for working with ranges, designed for developers who need to manipulate and analyze ranges with start and end properties. It supports both linear and circular ranges, with 0-based inclusive indices, and is ideal for projects requiring range calculations or transformations. The library is now maintained in the TeselaGen OSS monorepo and can be installed via npm as `@teselagen/range-utils`.
