Shapir is a tool that standardizes access to Web APIs, enabling users—even those without programming experience—to create interactive web applications that operate on data from arbitrary APIs. It consists of three components: WoOPI (a standardized API ontology), ShapirJS (a JavaScript library for typed object access), and ShapirUI (a graphical tool for creating WoOPI descriptions).
