This project provides a shim for the new-style `Proxy` API in JavaScript, allowing developers to use `new Proxy(target, handler)` via the older `Proxy.create(handler)` API available in Node.js with the `--harmony-proxies` flag. It is designed for developers working with Node.js who need compatibility with the newer Proxy API but are constrained to environments that only support the older implementation.
