Built on Obyte

The **@stdlib/number-float64-base-get-high-word** package provides a small, high‑performance routine that extracts the most‑significant 32 bits (the “high word”) of a double‑precision (IEEE‑754) floating‑point number and returns it as an unsigned 32‑bit integer. It is aimed at developers doing low‑level numeric or scientific computing in JavaScript (or C via the bundled header), such as library authors who need direct access to a float64’s binary representation.
