`@stdlib/ndarray-ind2sub` provides a utility for converting a flat (linear) index into the corresponding multidimensional subscript array for nd‑arrays. It supports row‑major or column‑major ordering and offers flexible out‑of‑bounds handling (throw, normalize, wrap, clamp), with an in‑place variant that writes results to a supplied output array. The package is aimed at JavaScript developers doing numerical or scientific computing who need to map linear offsets to array coordinates.
