This tiny stdlib package exports a single constant—`FLOAT64_NUM_HIGH_WORD_SIGNIFICAND_BITS`—that equals 20, the number of significand bits stored in the high 32‑bit word of an IEEE‑754 double‑precision floating‑point number. It is intended for developers working on low‑level numeric or scientific JavaScript (and C) code who need precise bit‑level information about double precision values.
