The Genie open source kit for voice assistant (formerly known as Almond)
The Genie toolkit enables developers to quickly create semantic parsers that translate natural language into a formal language of their choice, making it ideal for building voice assistants and dialogue agents. It uses a template-based approach to generate and paraphrase datasets, often paired with skill definitions from Thingpedia to define available APIs. The project is primarily aimed at developers and researchers working on natural language processing, voice assistants, or semantic parsing systems.
