A Babel plugin that statically converts Regex+ template‑tag calls (e.g., `regex\`…\``) into native JavaScript `RegExp` literals, letting developers write modern, readable regular‑expression syntax (atomic groups, subroutines, comments, etc.) without any runtime library cost. It’s aimed at JS/TS projects that use the Regex+ library and want compile‑time transformation for better performance and smaller bundles.
