This is a Chai plugin for JavaScript testing that replaces the `.equal` assertion with `.strictlyEqual` to eliminate confusion between deep equality (`.eql`) and strict equality (`.equal`). It's designed for Silvermine codebases and other teams who want to enforce strict equality checks and make test assertions more explicit and readable, especially for developers unfamiliar with the codebase.
