werift is a pure‑JavaScript implementation of the WebRTC stack for Node.js written in TypeScript. It provides full‑featured ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS, SCTP/DataChannel, RTP/RTCP, SRTP and media handling (WebM/MP4) so developers can build server‑side WebRTC applications—such as SFUs, media servers, or custom peers—without relying on native browser APIs. It targets TypeScript/Node developers who need interoperable, low‑level WebRTC functionality for both data and media streams.
