hrtimemock is a tiny Node.js utility that monkey‑patches `process.hrtime` so that a pair of calls returns a predefined elapsed time (specified in milliseconds). It’s aimed at developers writing tests that need deterministic high‑resolution timers without waiting for real time to pass.
