NonBlock.js is a JavaScript library that enables UI elements to be "unobtrusive" by allowing users to click through them and interact with elements underneath. It achieves this by fading the nonblocking elements on hover and forwarding or simulating mouse events to the underlying elements. This library is ideal for developers who want to create overlays or floating UI components that don't interfere with user interaction on the page.
