SFMediaStream is a client‑side JavaScript library that lets web developers capture, compress and stream audio/video (including live microphone and camera feeds) to a Node.js server, as well as receive and play back those streams with configurable latency. It also provides a full‑featured HTML5 media player with playlist support and a suite of real‑time audio effects, targeting front‑end developers building interactive audio‑visual applications or live‑streaming web apps.
