This is a DHT (Distributed Hash Table) library called spacedht that powers the Spaceswarm peer-to-peer network. It provides UDP holepunching for NAT traversal and end-to-end encrypted connections between peers using Noise streams, primarily used for finding and connecting to other peers in a decentralized network.
