The Safe Singleton Factory is a deterministic‑deployment contract that lets Safe‑related (or any EVM) contracts be deployed to the same address on any chain using CREATE2. It’s maintained by the Safe team and provided as a pre‑signed, chain‑ID‑aware deployment that can be installed on new networks (or is pre‑installed on OP‑Stack/ZKsync) for developers who need consistent contract addresses across multiple blockchains.
