This project is an ILP SPSP (Shared Payment Service Provider) wallet server, allowing users to create accounts and manage push/pull payments. It provides an API for account creation, querying account balances, and creating pull pointers for receiving funds. Essentially, it's a backend service for handling micro-payments within the Interledger Protocol ecosystem, requiring a running instance of `moneyd` to function.
