The **WebAssembly Heap Manager** is a lightweight, dependency‑free TypeScript/JavaScript library that abstracts reading, writing, allocating, and wrapping of numeric values, strings and typed arrays inside a WebAssembly (or Emscripten) heap. It is aimed at developers building WebAssembly modules or interfacing with existing ones—both in browsers and server‑side runtimes—who need safe, convenient and thread‑aware memory manipulation without dealing with raw ArrayBuffer offsets.
