`github‑changelog` is a CLI tool that automatically builds a Markdown changelog from merged pull requests, grouping them by configurable GitHub labels (e.g., bug, enhancement, breaking). It works out‑of‑the‑box for single repos and monorepos, supports custom label mappings, range filters, and rate‑limit handling via a personal access token, making it useful for developers and release engineers who want a PR‑based, maintainable changelog without manual effort.
