This is a Celo blockchain-based subsidy program that allows eligible beneficiaries to claim periodic subsidies in cCOP (Colombian Peso stablecoin). The project consists of smart contracts for managing the subsidy logic, a React frontend for users and administrators, a The Graph subgraph for indexing events, and a Node.js backend API with SQLite for storing beneficiary data. The system enables multi-token support with automatic swapping to cCOP via Uniswap V3, time-locked claims to prevent abuse, and comprehensive tracking through an admin dashboard with analytics. It's designed for organizations managing subsidy programs in Colombia who need a decentralized, transparent system for distributing funds to verified beneficiaries.
