Bid is a front‑end scaffolding toolkit that bundles common utilities, project‑initialisation scripts, middleware for an Express‑based dev server, and ready‑made Webpack configurations (development, production, testing) along with helpers such as Less‑to‑CSS conversion, iconfont‑to‑Base64, linting, version checking and IP detection. It is aimed at front‑end developers who want a reusable, opinionated base library to quickly bootstrap and maintain web projects (non‑commercial use unless authorized).
