The Genesys Cloud Streaming Client is an npm library that provides a JavaScript/TypeScript wrapper for interacting with Genesys Cloud’s streaming‑service APIs. It bundles utilities for connecting, authenticating, and handling real‑time event streams, and is intended for developers building applications or integrations that need to consume Genesys Cloud streaming data (e.g., call‑center dashboards, bots, or custom UI components).
