Signal‑utils is a small experimental library of decorators and classes (e.g., `@signal`, `@deepSignal`, `@localCopy`) plus reactive wrappers for collections (`SignalArray`, `SignalMap`, etc.) that make it easier to work with JavaScript’s forthcoming “signals” primitive—currently only usable through the `signal-polyfill`. It’s intended for developers who want to prototype or experiment with signal‑based reactivity (caching getters, deep‑tracked objects, async utilities, etc.) before the feature lands in browsers.
