hterm is a JavaScript library that provides a terminal emulator, designed to be reasonably fast, correct, and portable across browsers. It's intended for developers who need to embed terminal functionality into web applications, as it only handles rendering terminal output and accepting keyboard input, not providing a shell environment or SSH client.
