NOVAAS is an open‑source reference implementation of the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) runtime, providing a Docker‑based execution environment that turns physical assets into interoperable “Digital Twins” for Industry 4.0 applications. It is intended for developers, system integrators, and researchers who need to model, expose, and manage IoT devices or industrial components using AAS V2/V3 standards (via Node‑RED and MQTT).
