scroll‑hilo is a tiny JavaScript utility that watches the window’s scroll position and automatically toggles `.top` and `.bottom` CSS classes on the `<body>` element when the page is scrolled to the very top or bottom. It’s aimed at front‑end developers who want a simple way to style elements differently based on whether the user has reached the start or end of a page, and can be added via npm with a single `require('scroll-hilo')()` call.
