Mkutano is a participatory community platform built on Decidim, designed specifically for Black Canadians to organize, discuss issues, vote on priorities, and coordinate collective action. It enables transparent democratic decision-making to help the community effectively communicate its needs to governments and civil society. The project is for both its target community members and developers interested in contributing to its open-source infrastructure.
